    Ant is a frustrated artist with a love of ideas. He believes that game-changing work only comes from strong client/agency partnerships built on trust, transparency and shared ambition. As MD of Saatchi & Saatchi X and Global CEO of MullenLowe Open, his leadership inspired award-winning campaigns for brands like Guinness, Google, Pampers and the NHS.

    He is the product of an Essex comprehensive school, and passionate about helping young people from less privileged backgrounds build a career in marketing.

  • Si Goodall

    Si Goodall

    Founder / Director

    Si’s physics degree has left him with a love of science and a yearning for truth. He was an early pioneer of shopper marketing as Director of Strategy at Saatchi & Saatchi X, applying behavioural sciences and customer data to the business of selling.

    As Global Chief Strategy Officer at MullenLowe Open, he led the creation of the data science team and helped clients including Etihad, Harley-Davison and Danone reimagine their customer engagement. He is a passionate speaker on the subject of ‘data-inspired creativity’.

    Wendy Tang

    Business Director

    Wendy has a passion for building great relationships, data and creativity, which has naturally led her work in branding, digital, customer experience and CRM.

    She has been the account lead for a range of clients helping build their brand and customer engagement programmes including adidas, Tesco, Dove, Heathrow, Danone and Harley-Davidson.

    Planning Director

    Justyna is truly multicultural. She comes from Poland, is married to an Italian, and is living and raising two kids in London.

    She believes her job is to be clever enough to make complicated things sound simple. She has over 10 years of experience planning award-winning TTL, shopper, eCommerce, digital and brand campaigns.

    She is passionate about helping others to grow. Justyna is a member of She Says mentoring network “Who’s Your Momma”. Also, every Wednesday morning she runs a parental group which she set up in South East London.

  • Richard Dennison

    Richard Dennison

    Executive Creative Director

    Richard has nearly 30 years of experience in creating both highly effective and creatively awarded campaigns.

    He’s helped people quit smoking, take a chance on a lottery ticket, pop to see a doctor and choose between supermarkets, beers, radio stations, cars, newspapers, lightbulbs, ice creams and cooking ingredients.

    When not creating ad campaigns, he writes and illustrates slightly silly children’s books, usually in cahoots with his two young daughters.

    Strategy Director

    Born and bred in Yorkshire, Andrew is a small town boy who found himself in an industry that largely misunderstands ordinary people. In an attempt to put that right, his career has taken him through the worlds of shopper marketing, digital, social media, and brand planning.

    At Tribal Worldwide he was selected as one of Campaign's "Faces to watch" and won a Silver Euro Effie, before moving to The Corner, where as Head of Social he oversaw the Carlsberg Marston's and Coca-Cola portfolios.

    Senior Account Manager

    With a background in psychology, Liv is passionate about understanding human nature and behaviour. This fascination with how thought, emotion, and actions can be influenced led to her pursuit of a career in marketing and advertising.

    Liv has always worked in customer-centric roles. From brand communications, to PR, to shopper marketing, she has worked with brands such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, Nestlé & Danone. A true people person, Liv understands the importance of effective communication and the development of strong business relationships to provide value based on customer needs.

    A self-proclaimed foodie, outside of work she will often be found cooking, eating spicy food, or ticking off the best spots in the London restaurant scene.

    Head of Design

    Whether you’re based in London, Abu Dhabi or New York, George’s creative campaigns will no doubt have brightened up your commute. Taking over No1 Times Square with Glenfiddich, reimagining customer loyalty with Etihad Guest and creating immersive interactive bus shelters with Hendrick’s, her designs will have made an impact before 9am.

    With 12 years experience under her belt, she’s a champion for emerging talent and a stickler for well organised design files.

    Outside of the design studio, this problem-solving creative is an artist, illustrator and interior designer. She can likely be found in her rainbow-coloured home sketching life models or mood-boarding her latest renovation idea.

    Having worked across many marketing disciplines, Lucy relishes the variety of work we create at The Ninety-Niners.

    Lucy understands the importance of building good client relationships, ensuring we have a clear understanding of our clients and their needs, to ultimately produce great creative work that achieves their goals.

    Outside of the office, you will find Lucy in Battersea Park with her very naughty puppy, who will often make guest appearances on video calls!

    Senior Producer

    Ally has many years of experience in the world of production. Working as a Senior Producer for both production companies and agencies, including AMV and BBH. More recently, she worked for a top London production consultancy helping Clients navigate the production process.

    She brings a 'can do' attitude to every project, and gives 100% to every piece of work that she's on. She can sometimes be a bit bossy in a good way!

    At the weekend you’ll probably find her relaxing in Suffolk with her 2 dogs and a large glass of red.

    The Ninety-Niners is the first agency Guy has worked for without the word Saatchi in it’s name! He’s been in the business for more than 20 years, with a broad range of experience across a variety of B2C and B2B clients.

    Highlights range from managing the relentless pace of electrical retail with Comet, helping the world flow better with Visa and the launch of Slater & Gordon, the UK’s largest consumer legal firm, to behaviour change campaigns for the UK Government, helping thirsty people choose the right beer (Carlsberg in the UK and Guinness in Africa) and even rebranding the Kingdom of Bahrain!

    When not at work, Guy is happiest at a gig, following his sports teams, cooking for friends and when time allows, picking up a paint brush.
